Our study confirms the presence of high molecular weight complexes of IgG and fibronectin (FN) in the plasma of myelodysplastic patients. The authors chose 5 patients with myeloproliferation who had not received chemotherapy or infusion of blood products three months ago, including 2 cases of primary myelofibrosis and 3 cases of proliferative polycythemia; and 5 healthy controls. Two groups of plasma polyethylene glycol (PEG) precipitation, excluding chromatography, ultracentrifugation and affinity chromatography analysis. Exclusion chromatography analysis of the PEG precipitate showed that compared to the isolated IgG solution, there were molecular weights
