最近,内江市资中县龙江区、水南区石膏乡、内江县顺河区等部分区乡围绕进一步发展商品经济,搞好农村产业结构调整的问题,先后召开了理论讨论会。现将讨论的主要问题综述如下: 一、关于当前农村发展商品生产存在的问题,与会者普遍认为,十一届三中全会以来。在党中央四个一号文件的指引下,农村商品经济发展喜人,方兴未艾。但是,由于种种原因,当前农村商品经济发展很不平衡,尚存在一些问题。主要有: (1)由于长期以来受“左”的思想干扰,一些干部群众至今弄不清楚发展社会主义商品生产同抵制资本主义、反对两极分化的关系,对发展商品生产心有余悸。(2)部分农民错把温饱当“小
