本文试图确立一项公式,用以预测烧结矿在转运过程中的减粒情况。首先对落料高度的可加性及其对烧结矿粒度组成的影响进行了验证。然后结合实践经验和理论探讨,提出了一条减粒计算规则;且对它用于转鼓减粒和落料减粒的计算中的可靠程度也进行了验证。文章还说明将烧结矿在转运中受到的应力作用如何转换成实验中相应的落料高度,且也给予了验证。最后,建立了转鼓减粒和落下减粒两者之间的关系式;以便对由于转运中烧结矿的稳定性的差异而可能引起转鼓中视在强度的偏差进行推算。
This article attempts to establish a formula that predicts grain reduction during sinter transport. First, the additivity of blanking height and its effect on the composition of sinter are verified. Then, combining with the practical experience and theoretical discussion, a rule of particle reduction is proposed. The reliability of the method is also validated in the calculation of drum grain reduction and blanking grain reduction. The article also shows how the stress effects of sinter transport in transit can be translated into the corresponding blanking heights in the experiments and also validated. Finally, the relationship between drum grain reduction and drop grain reduction is established; in order to account for deviations in apparent strength in the drum due to variations in the stability of the sinter during transfer.
