社会化养老是当前我国农村发展的趋势,我国农村需要照顾的失能老人、空巢老人在逐年增加,这对于养老的要求也越来越高,通过多层次的养老服务来化解农村养老的养老问题发挥着重要的作用。本文基于福利多元主义视角,通过对现有的经济发展水平,做到取长补短,全力发挥个人、家庭成员以及社会组织在农村养老资源上的合理配置,将政府养老、家庭养老、自我养老以及社会组织养老有机的统一起来,建立起福利多元化的养老模式。
Socialization of the aged is the current trend of rural development in our country. Our country’s rural areas need to take care of the disabled elderly and empty-nesters are increasing year by year.
