本文通过几种渐开线标准齿轮几何参数的内在联系,以当量直齿圆柱齿轮为依据,推导出一组通用强度计算公式,并通过对各参数逐个分析,以验证其通用性,正确性。还根据这组公式编写出各种齿轮通用的计算机辅助设计程序。
In this paper, we derive a set of formulas for calculating universal strength based on the inherent relationship between several involute standard gear geometrical parameters and on the basis of equivalent spur gear, and verify the commonality and correctness by analyzing each parameter one by one. Also based on this set of formulas to write a variety of gear common computer-aided design process.
