实行定点驻村扶贫,是省委、省政府推进脱贫攻坚战役的重大举措,是全面建成小康社会的一项重要任务。按照全省统一部署,省农发办负责帮扶绥滨县长发村。为有计划、有目标、有步骤地抓好包扶工作,我们制定了《定点驻村扶贫工作规划》,并紧锣密鼓组织实施,实现了良好开局。我们要把抓好定点驻村扶贫作为重要的政治任务,全力以赴推进,确保实现帮扶目标,向省委、省政府及全省人民交上一份满意答卷。一、明晰定点驻村扶贫的总体思路
