目的:建立和完善补肾生智液的质量标准,保障其临床疗效。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中的酸枣仁,地黄,枸杞子,五味子,当归,红花等药材进行了定性鉴别。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:该方法简便、可靠,重复性好,可作为补肾生智液的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish and improve the quality standards of Bushen Shengzhi Liquid and ensure its clinical efficacy. Methods: The qualitative identification of wild jujube, Radix Rehmanniae, Radix jasminoides, Schisandra chinensis, Radix Angelicae sinensis and Radix Scutellariae Radix was made by thin-layer chromatography. RESULTS: Thin-layer chromatogram spots were clear, and negative controls did not interfere. Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and reproducible. It can be used as a method for quality control of Bushenshengzhi Liquid.
