我们从1986年开始,在我市大型零售商业企业推行规范管理。其核心是按照商业企业经营管理活动的一般规律,制定企业管理规范体系,通过运用科学的管理手段,实现经营管理工作过程程序化、工作要求标准化、工作考核法规化。现以汉阳百货商场为例,谈谈我们是如何支持和帮助他们推行规范管理,提高企业效益的。
We started from 1986, in the city’s large-scale retail commercial enterprises to implement standardized management. Its core is to formulate the enterprise management norms system in accordance with the general rules of commercial enterprises’ management activities. Through the application of scientific management methods, the procedures of operation and management procedures are standardized, the requirements of work are standardized and the work assessment is regulated.
