开采区域煤层瓦斯可以通过钻孔技术进行预抽。但由于很多煤矿地面压风机距离用风地点都比较远,并且用风地点多、分散这就造成了提供给用风终端的风压很小,不能严密的钻孔封孔,漏气现象很容易出现在围岩松动圈范围,以致最终造成钻孔抽采浓度低,抽采效率低等现象。为了进一步提高钻孔的封孔质量,确保煤层瓦斯的抽放效果,本文研究了“两堵一注”带压封孔技术,可把抽采钻孔孔封不严,钻孔效率低等技术难题很好的解决,从而保障煤矿瓦斯的抽采效率,促进煤矿企业的安全生产。
