据最近了解,全国各地许多高大的古建筑,因为没有避雷针的设备。如装置电灯电线,在雨季易发生危险,并有不少使用古建筑单位,对防火安全方面注意非常不够。有的簷下梁间,电灯电线纵横交错;有的水炉烟囱,紧贴隔扇装修或梁柱簷头。似此情形,对古建筑的保护极为不利。几年来亦屡有古建筑被毁事件发生,造成不可补偿的损失。为此,特函请你会通知各使用保管古建筑单位注意下列事项,并请你会加强督促检查:(一)凡装有电灯、电线及其他带电设备的单位,必须会同电业部门仔细检查。如
