本文介绍了用传递矩阵法分析转盘类零件的应力应变的公式和过程,并以高速离心压缩机的过盈配合齿轮联轴节为实例对变厚度转盘类零件的应力应变进行了计算。最后还介绍了过盈联接齿轮联轴节内孔安装过盈量的计算方法。
This paper introduces the formula and process of stress-strain analysis of turntable parts by transfer matrix method, and calculates the stress-strain of the turntable parts with the interference fit gear coupling of high-speed centrifugal compressor as an example. Finally, it also introduces the calculation method of the interference of interference fit gear coupling hole.
