随着小型水利建设发展的同时,由于存在工程质量管理意识淡薄等问题,一些质量隐患已严重影响人民生命财产和水利事业发展。因此,本文通过分析小型水利工程建设项目的特点,针对建设中的常见问题,对实施方案与质量管理体系的构建提出几点建议,以期使工程建设与质量管理更加科学、有效。
Along with the development of small-scale water conservancy construction, some hidden dangers of quality have seriously affected people’s life, property and development of water conservancy due to the weak awareness of project quality management. Therefore, this paper analyzes the characteristics of small-scale water conservancy construction projects and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of common problems in the construction and implementation of quality management system in order to make the construction and quality management more scientific and effective.
