文中根据概率极限状态设计原则提出了适应新《水工混凝土结构设计规范（SU／T191－96）》的U型壳槽内力标准值计算公式，并给出承载能力极限状态计算时的内力设计值以及正常使用极限状态验算时的内力值计算公式。
