众包作为一种全新的工作模式,在国外已经有很多成功的案例。文章阐述了众包的含义,并从数据库建设的前期、中期、后期3个阶段分别介绍了国外图书馆众包理论的具体应用,最后总结了国外众包项目的成功经验和启示,即选择合适的众包内容、选择合适的众包平台和制定恰当的激励机制,以期为国内特色数据库建设提供参考。
Crowdsourcing as a new mode of work, there have been many successful cases in foreign countries. The article expounds the meaning of crowdsourcing and introduces the specific application of crowdsourcing theory in foreign libraries from the early, middle and late stages of database construction. Finally, it summarizes the successful experience and enlightenment of foreign crowdsourced projects, that is, Crowdsourcing content, select the appropriate crowdsourcing platform and develop appropriate incentives, with a view to providing reference for the construction of domestic characteristics database.
