目的探讨心血管介入所致心包填塞临床分析。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年2月收治的心血管介入术所致心包填塞的患者共36例,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者的呼吸急促、胸闷、疼痛、血压降低、液性暗区以及心影搏动消失或减弱等症状都较治疗前有了明显改善,所有患者均痊愈出院,且没有明显的后遗症。结论心血管介入所致心包填塞,是一种严重的并发症,一定要做到早发现和早治疗,根据根源,对症治疗,在心血管介入手术中,应该给与足够的重视。
Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of cardiac tamponade caused by cardiovascular intervention. Methods A total of 36 patients with cardiac tamponade caused by cardiovascular intervention from January 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital were selected. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The symptoms such as shortness of breath, chest tightness, pain, blood pressure, fluid dark area and disappearance or weakening of heartbeat pulsation were significantly improved compared with those before treatment. All patients were cured and discharged without obvious sequelae. Conclusions Cardiac tamponade caused by cardiovascular intervention is a serious complication and must be detected and treated early. According to the root causes, symptomatic treatment should be given enough attention in cardiovascular intervention.
