用组织培养法研究了优降糖对胰岛素受体的作用。既往已证明磺脲类口服降糖药物有刺激胰岛素释放的作用,但应用数月以后,即使血浆胰岛素水平下降到用药以前水平,而糖耐量却可以改善,这种磺脲类药物的“胰外的”作用,可能是由于细胞的胰岛受体数量增加所致,这在体内虽已得到证实,但还需要在体外研究以明确,这是药物的直接作用还是随代谢改善后的一个结果。为此本文应用正常人纤维母细胞培养来进行研究。
