激励机制在每个企业中都发挥着不可估量的作用。本文以风电企业为例,阐述了激励机制理论依据,分析了激励机制的重要性,并提出了几点激励机制在风电企业管理实践中的应用措施。
Incentives play an invaluable role in every business. Taking wind power enterprise as an example, this paper expounds the theoretical basis of incentive mechanism, analyzes the importance of incentive mechanism and puts forward some application measures of incentive mechanism in management practice of wind power enterprise.
