对首钢焊接用钢ER50-G盘条的化学成分、力学性能、微观组织及析出的含钛化合物进行检测和统计,分析钛作用于盘条微观组织、析出相等因素,及对盘条强度产生的影响。结果表明:钛加入ER50-G钢中后,形成大量含钛化合物并析出,细化了盘条的显微组织,同时产生显著的沉淀强化效果,综合作用下ER50-G盘条抗拉强度的增量最大超200 MPa;试验证明控制含钛化合物的析出行为,降低和稳定沉淀强化对盘条强度的贡献,有利于控制盘条强度及其均匀性,优化盘条拉拔性能。
The chemical composition, mechanical properties, microstructure and the precipitated titanium-containing compounds of steel ER50-G for Shougang Welding were tested and statistically analyzed.
