目的观察孟鲁司特治疗支气管哮喘对患者免疫反应的影响。方法 84例支气管哮喘患者,随机分为常规组和孟鲁司特组,各42例。常规组予以常规治疗,孟鲁司特组于常规组基础上予以孟鲁司特治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状改善情况、T淋巴细胞亚群检测结果。结果常规组治疗前临床症状评分为(2.7±0.2)分;治疗后为(0.9±0.2)分。孟鲁司特组患者治疗前临床症状评分为(2.8±0.2)分;治疗后为(0.4±0.2)分。两组患者治疗后临床症状评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后常规组患者临床症状评分高于孟鲁司特组(P<0.05)。常规组患者治疗前CD8+水平为(30.9±3.2)%、CD4+水平为(32.9±4.9)%、CD4+/CD8+为(1.1±0.2);治疗后CD8+水平为(27.6±4.1)%、CD4+水平为(38.5±5.1)%、CD4+/CD8+为(1.4±0.2)。孟鲁司特组患者治疗前CD8+水平为(31.1±3.2)%、CD4+水平为(32.9±5.0)%、CD4+/CD8+为(1.0±0.2);治疗后CD8+水平为(23.4±3.7)%、CD4+水平为(43.2±5.0)%、CD4+/CD8+为(1.8±0.3)。两组患者治疗后CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+均显著高于治疗前,CD8+水平显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,常规组患者CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+均低于孟鲁司特组,CD8+水平高于孟鲁司特组(P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘患者采用孟鲁司特治疗,可明显改善患者症状,提高其免疫功能,在临床治疗中具有重要意义。
Objective To observe the effect of montelukast on bronchial asthma in patients with immune response. Methods Eighty-four patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into routine and montelukast group, 42 patients in each group. The conventional group was treated routinely, and the montelukast group was treated with montelukast on the routine group. The improvement of clinical symptoms and T lymphocyte subsets in both groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The score of clinical symptoms before treatment was (2.7 ± 0.2) in the conventional group and (0.9 ± 0.2) after the treatment. The montelukast group had a clinical symptom score of (2.8 ± 0.2) before treatment and (0.4 ± 0.2) minutes after treatment. The scores of clinical symptoms in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the score of clinical symptoms in the routine group was higher than that in the montelukast group (P <0.05). The level of CD8 + was (30.9 ± 3.2)%, the level of CD4 + was (32.9 ± 4.9)%, the level of CD4 + / CD8 + was (1.1 ± 0.2) (38.5 ± 5.1)%, CD4 + / CD8 + was (1.4 ± 0.2). The level of CD8 + in montelukast group was (31.1 ± 3.2)% before treatment, (32.9 ± 5.0)% in CD4 + / CD8 + group and (23.4 ± 3.7)% in CD8 + CD4 + level was (43.2 ± 5.0)% and CD4 + / CD8 + was (1.8 ± 0.3). The levels of CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the level of CD8 + was significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD4 + and CD4 + / CD8 + Group, CD8 + level was higher than montelukast group (P <0.05). Conclusion Montelukast treatment for patients with bronchial asthma can significantly improve the symptoms and improve the immune function of patients, which is of great significance in clinical treatment.
