诚信即是党的十八大报告提出的社会主义核心价值观之一,也是推进精神文明建设的必要举措。为贯彻落实中央精神,长宁区坚持把“诚信”建设作为专项活动的重要抓手,遵循“政府主导、企业主体、百姓主心、工作主要”的总体思路,不断丰富工作内涵,着力解决诚信建设中的难点瓶颈问题,努力营造守信受益、失信惩戒的社会经济环境,推进诚信建设取得一定的成绩。
