对15位肾移植术后病人的44份环孢素(cyclosporine A,简称CsA)血样,全部用荧光偏振免疫分析法(TDx)特异性放射免疫法(SRIA)及非特异性放射免疫法(NSRIA)三种方法进行测定。对该三种方法测得的数值进行统计学处理。结果表明:TDx与NSRIA、SRIA均有较好的线性关系(相关系数分别为0.92和0.88),TDx与NSRIA之间仅在眼药后4h点有非常显著差异(p<0.01);TDx与SRIA则在服药后2,4,8h三个时间点均有非常显著的差异(p<0.001);TDx与NSRIA之间有稳定的比值;而TDx与SRIA之比值随给药后时间的延长而增加(p<0.05);TDx与NSRIA的相关系数也大于TDx与SRIA间的相关系数。从本文结果看到TDx法和NSRIA法之间较为相似。
44 cyclosporine A (CsA) blood samples from 15 renal transplant recipients were all detected by radioimmunoassay (SRIA) and nonspecific radioimmunoassay (NSRIA) with fluorescence polarization immunoassay (TDx) Three methods for determination. The three methods measured values were statistically processed. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between TDx and NSRIA and SRIA (correlation coefficient was 0.92 and 0.88 respectively), TDx and NSRIA had significant difference only at 4h (P <0.01) There was a significant difference (p <0.001) between the two time points after 2, 4, and 8 hours of treatment. There was a stable ratio between TDx and NSRIA. The ratio of TDx to SRIA increased with time after administration (p <0.05). The correlation coefficient between TDx and NSRIA was also greater than the correlation coefficient between TDx and SRIA. From the results of this paper, TDx method and NSRIA method are similar.
