With the development of hemodialysis technology, the prognosis of chronic renal failure (CRF) has been significantly improved, but the long-term survival of more than 10 years are still low. A retrospective clinical analysis of 282 CRF patients admitted to our hospital from 1974 to 1997 is carried out, and the various factors that affect the long-term survival of hemodialysis patients are summarized and analyzed. First, the clinical data 1. General situation: 282 patients survived more than 10 years in 38 cases, the longest survival of 20 years. Including 26 males and 12 females; dialysis began to age 22 to 58 years, mean 39.2 years. The primary disease mainly chronic glomerulonephritis. Dialysis at the beginning of residual renal function (Ccr): <5ml / min in 13 cases
