本刊讯《国务院办公厅转发财政部关于全面推进政府采购制度改革意见的通知》明确将政府采购聘用专家管理规定为政府采购监督管理机构的职责。为了落实通知精神,加强聘用专家管理,规范专家评选、抽取程序,确保聘用专家公正开展评标活动,维护采购人和供应商的合法权益,财政部将对聘用专家实施制度管理。
The Journal of “General Office of the State Council forward the Ministry of Finance on the overall promotion of the reform of the government procurement system notice notice” clearly defined the government procurement of hiring experts management as the government procurement supervision and management agency responsibilities.
