曾经报道由嗜碱性细胞和肥大细胞产生的化学介质对哮喘的病理生理起着重要作用,但其研究结果各不相同。新近,Mc-Manus 等证实,在家兔处于全身过敏时,血浆血小板因子4(PF_4)可作为致敏的嗜碱性细胞释放活化血小板因子的一个合适的指标。目前,虽已从嘈碱性和肺碎片等人体细胞中分离出血小板活化分子,但这种活化因子的释放与体内 IgE 所致过程之间的关系尚缺乏探索。因此,作者用实验性过敏性哮喘模型来研究抗原引起支气管收缩时,血浆PF_4是否增高。
It has been reported that the chemical mediators produced by basophils and mast cells play an important role in the pathophysiology of asthma, but their results vary. Recently, Mc-Manus et al. Demonstrated that plasma platelet factor 4 (PF 4) can be used as a suitable indicator of the release of activated platelet factor from sensitized basophils in rabbits with systemic allergies. Although platelet-activating molecules have been isolated from human cells such as noisy alkaline and lung fragments, the relationship between the release of this activating factor and the process induced by IgE in vivo remains to be explored. Therefore, the authors used an experimental allergic asthma model to study whether antigen-induced bronchoconstriction increased plasma PF 4.
