借鉴国外超大输量天然气管道输送方案的研究成果,从提高输送效率的几个主要方面入手,结合以后可能出现的单管输送300×108 m3/a和450×108 m3/a的输量情况,以3 000 km长度为基准,对设计压力10~20 MPa、管径1 016~1 422 mm、钢级X80~X100的天然气管道,进行工艺方案的经济费用匡算,筛选出经济性较优的方案。对板材和钢管的生产加工、钢管的止裂韧性、阀门设备等影响工程建设的关键控制性因素进行调研,筛选1 422 mm、X80、12 MPa为较可行的方案,并建议对此方案开展深入研究。
Based on the research results of super-large-volume natural gas pipeline project in foreign countries, this paper starts with several main aspects to improve the transmission efficiency and combines with the future possible single-pipe transmission of 300 × 108 m3 / a and 450 × 108 m3 / a, Based on a length of 3 000 km, the economic cost of the process scheme was calculated on natural gas pipelines with design pressure of 10-20 MPa, pipe diameter of 1,016-1,422 mm and steel grade of X80-X100, and a more economical solution was screened out . The key control factors influencing the project construction, such as the production and processing of sheet metal and steel pipe, the crack-arresting toughness of steel pipe and the valve equipment, were investigated. The screening of 1 422 mm, X80 and 12 MPa was feasible and the suggestion was put forward the study.
