利用Solidworks建立防爆胶轮车整车三维实体模型,并应用多体动力学软件ADAMS对胶轮车进行动态仿真分析,提取典型路况下车架铰接点、各附件与车架铰接处的动态载荷曲线以及胶轮车的转矩和功率曲线。从实际使用过程中反馈的信息来看,该仿真分析结果能够准确地反映胶轮车运行特性的实际变化趋势,验证了虚拟样车的正确性,从而为防爆胶轮车车架局部改进、减重优化及整车动力学性能的研究提供依据。
Solidworks is used to build a three-dimensional solid model of explosion-proof rubber tire vehicle.
