目的了解宝鸡市食品中单核细胞增生性李斯特菌(简称单增李斯特菌)的污染状况,发现本市受单增李斯特菌污染的高危食品,为预防食物中毒提供科学依据。方法按照国家标准检验方法进行菌株分离,鉴定用APIListe-ria生化鉴定条和VITEK 2 COMPACT高智能全自动微生物仪。对2005-2011年采集的971份食品进行检测。结果本市单增李斯特菌的阳性检出率为12.05%。2005年阳性检出率最高,为24%;2011年检出率最低,为6.29%。检测的13类样品中,8类食品受到单增李斯特菌不同程度的污染。生禽肉检出率最高,为32.94%;冰淇淋、果汁、面皮、糕点及饼干、沙拉都均未检出单增李斯特菌。结论宝鸡市单增李斯特菌的污染比较普遍,污染率较高,应该引起监管部门的注意。
Objective To understand the pollution status of Listeria monocytogenes (Listeria monocytogenes) in food in Baoji City and to find out the high risk food contaminated by Listeria monocytogenes in this city and provide a scientific basis for the prevention of food poisoning. Methods Isolation of strains according to the national standard test method, identification with APIListe-ria biochemical identification and VITEK 2 COMPACT high intelligent automatic microbiometer. A total of 971 foods collected during 2005-2011 were tested. Results The positive rate of Listeria monocytogenes in this city was 12.05%. In 2005 the highest positive detection rate was 24%; in 2011 the lowest detection rate was 6.29%. Of the 13 samples tested, 8 types of food were contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes to varying degrees. The highest detection rate of raw poultry meat was 32.94%. Listeria monocytogenes was not detected in ice cream, juice, dough, cakes, biscuits and salads. Conclusion Pollution of Listeria monocytogenes in Baoji City is common and the pollution rate is high, which should arouse the attention of regulatory authorities.
