本文通过应用OBM一位微计算机来改造机械加工自动线传统电控装置的实例,从实用的角度将一位微机和传统的电控装置作了分析比较,突出了一位微机的优越性。在软件开发上提出了顺序控制型的编程方法,并介绍了“奇偶判别”电路、双面钻深孔带危险保护环节,以及故障自动寻检的软件设计思想。一、水箱自动线电控装置 1.原生产线电控装置我厂的S195柴油机水箱加工自动线由十台单机、三个输送装置、一个吹屑装置、一个冷却装置和其它辅助设备组成(参见图1),能完成铣平面、钻孔、攻丝,反刮平面、铁搭子、铣端面及吹屑等工序。原电控装置采用6台CKQ-12J型继电器顺序控
