肾功能衰竭时可引起一系列的功能紊乱,神经精神障碍也是其中之一。许多慢性肾衰病人以神经精神症状为首发症状,如缺乏认识会造成误诊。而肾衰时如出现严重的神经精神障碍,常表示病情严重,需要立即采取治疗措施。是以不论是内科还是神经科医师,对肾衰的神经精神症状都必须了解,掌握其发生发展规律及必要的治疗方法,这样才能提高肾衰的诊治水平。为了能对临床工作者提供一点参考资料,我们复习了文献,对肾衰的神经精神症状作一综述。
Renal failure can cause a series of disorders, neuropsychiatric disorders is one of them. Many chronic renal failure patients with neuropsychiatric symptoms as the first symptom, such as lack of knowledge can cause misdiagnosis. Renal failure, such as severe neuropsychiatric disorders, often said the condition is serious and need immediate treatment. Therefore, whether medical or neurological physicians, neuropsychiatric symptoms of renal failure must understand and master the occurrence and development of the law and the necessary treatment, so as to improve the diagnosis and treatment of renal failure. In order to provide a reference to clinicians, we reviewed the literature review of neuropsychiatric symptoms of renal failure.
