噁丙嗪是一种新型长效非甾体抗炎药,具有优 良的消炎、镇痛作用,作用迅速、持久,适应症广泛,毒副作用小,是通过抑制环氧化酶进而抑制前列腺素的的生物合成而达到消炎、镇痛的目的。临床上主要用于治疗慢性风湿性关节炎、变形性关节炎、强直性脊椎炎、肩关节周围炎、颈肩腕综合征、痛风发作以及外伤和手术后的消炎止痛。
