目的探析肺癌脑转移全脑放射治疗患者的护理措施。方法将2015年8月至2016年2月期间在我院治疗的32名肺癌脑转移患者作为观察对象,对其进行全脑放射并给予多项护理措施。结果在完成全脑放射治疗且接受护理后,32名患者的临床症状与治疗前相比均有缓解。结论恰当、积极的护理措施对于肺癌脑转移患者能起到显著的效果。因此,肺癌患者其癌细胞一旦转移至大脑,应当立即进行全脑放射治疗,并加强基础护理、颅内高压的观察和护理以及头皮、饮食、心理方面的护理,只有这样,才能提高患者的治疗总改善率,延长患者的剩余存活时间。
Objective To investigate the nursing measures of patients with brain metastases of brain metastases from brain cancer. Methods Thirty-two patients with brain metastases from lung cancer who were treated in our hospital from August 2015 to February 2016 were selected as the observation subjects. Whole brain radiation and multiple nursing measures were given. Results After completing whole-brain radiotherapy and nursing care, the clinical symptoms of 32 patients were relieved compared with those before treatment. Conclusions Proper and positive nursing measures can play a significant role in patients with brain metastases of lung cancer. Therefore, once the cancer cells of lung cancer patients have metastasized to the brain, whole-body radiation therapy should be carried out immediately, and basic care, observation and nursing of intracranial hypertension and scalp, diet and psychological care should be strengthened. Only in this way can the patient’s treatment be improved The total improvement rate, prolonging the patient’s remaining survival time.
