世界骨髓供体协会(WMDA)创建于1988年,定期在大西洋两岸召开会议。1992年WMDA通过了章程并发表了专题报道,具体提出了有关国际间骨髓移植志愿供体应用标准化的建议和要求。WM—DA的目标是:①促进供体骨髓的转运,使一国的志愿者骨髓为另一国的患者移植所用;②考虑且已能使国际间骨髓移植在伦理、技术、医学和经费等方面标准化;③促进有关鉴定最佳供体的方法和提高寻找供体效率信息的国际交流;④保持国际间供体应用的临床记录以增强供体的安全性,⑤促进并协助分析骨髓移植中应用不相关匹配供体的结果;⑥全面地保护供者,制定准则以确保供者的信任;⑦为征募供体提供帮助。
The World Marrow Donor Association (WMDA) was founded in 1988 and regularly meets on both sides of the Atlantic. In 1992, WMDA passed the statute and published a special report. It specifically put forward the recommendations and requirements concerning the international standardization of the application of volunteer donors for bone marrow transplantation. The goals of WM-DA are: 1 to facilitate the transfer of donor bone marrow, so that the bone marrow of a country’s volunteers can be used for transplantation in patients from another country; 2 to consider and enable international bone marrow transplantation in ethics, technology, medicine, and funding, etc. Standardization; 3 Facilitating methods for identifying optimal donors and improving international exchanges for finding donor efficiency information; 4 Maintaining clinical records of international donor applications to enhance donor safety, 5 Promoting and assisting analysis of bone marrow transplantation Apply irrelevant matching to the donor’s results;6 Protect the donor comprehensively, establish guidelines to ensure the trust of the donor, and 7 provide assistance for the recruitment of donors.
