低压铸造是生产优质复杂镁合金构件的首选方法之一,但是在应用于大型构件成形时往往受到装备技术的限制。本文从装备机械部分、控制系统以及保护气体混气系统等方面进行了镁合金低压铸造装备技术的研发。研制的铸造装备熔化量为1000 kg镁合金液,最大单件浇注质量可达850 kg。混气系统可实现干燥空气、SF6及CO2保护气体的在线式比例混合,并能实现对铸造过程中镁合金液的有效阻燃保护。此外,模糊PID复合控制算法和数字式组合阀的应用,使控制系统具有很高的压差控制精度。
Low-pressure casting is one of the preferred methods for producing high-quality complex magnesium alloy components, but it is often limited by the equipment technology when applied to the forming of large-scale components.
