“行动导向”教学法是以行为或工作任务为主导方向,以能力为本位的教学模式。“行动导向”教学模式因突出“行动”而具有显著独特的特点,教学组织亦具备多种教学策略和形式。以16中德数控班机加工实训课程中的项目“测量工具——千分表”为例,尝试应用“行动导向”教学法进行教学,从“信息—计划—决策—实施—检查—评价”等方面一一进行阐述,以提高学生理论联系实践、人际交往以及团队合作的能力。
“Action-oriented ” teaching method is based on behavior or work tasks as the leading direction, ability-based teaching mode. The teaching model of “action oriented” has remarkable characteristics because of highlighting “action”. The teaching organization also has a variety of teaching strategies and forms. Taking the project “Measuring Tools - Dial Indicator” in the Course of Machining Training of 16 German and Chinese NC Courses as an example, we try to apply the teaching method of “action oriented” teaching from “information - planning - decision - - check - evaluation ”and other aspects one by one to elaborate, in order to improve students’ theory of practice, interpersonal communication and teamwork ability.
