中国酒席间总是流传着这样一句话,就是吃好喝好,那么在吃好喝好的背后,需要更多的烹饪与营养教学的支撑。而烹饪与营养教学的突破,就需要我们回首过去,分析现状。只有在此基础上分析比对,才能更好的指导未来。本文通过对中国烹饪与营养教育的渊源、现状的梳理分析,进而对其发展前景提出建议。以此希望中国烹饪与营养教学能够获得长足发展,中国的消费者也能够在餐桌上真正的“吃好喝好”。
Chinese banquet room is always circulating such a sentence, that is, eat and drink well, then eat and drink well behind the need for more cooking and nutrition teaching support.
