工会干校是工会组织的重要机构,是工会组织为工人阶级服务的主要阵地,更是广大工人阶级接受新知识新文化,掌握理论武器的重要场所。如何建设好工会干校应从全局的视角来进行统筹分析。本文运用波特五力模型来研究省级工会干校竞争力,以期对省级工会干校的建设有所帮助。
The trade union cadre school is an important body of the trade union organization and the main front for the trade union organizations to serve the working class. This paper uses the Porter Five Force Model to study the competitiveness of provincial-level trade unions in order to help the construction of provincial-level unions.
