近年来,因交通事故及意外受伤致颌面部骨折的发生率呈上升趋势。颧骨颧弓位于颌面部突出部位,加之其特殊的解剖结构,容易受到外力作用导致骨折和错位,从而引起面部畸形及张口受限等功能障碍。2006年1月-2012年1月,我们对收治的颧骨颧弓骨折34例,采用头皮冠状切口钛板坚固内固定技术进行复位内固定,取得满意效果。现分析报告如下。1临床资料1.1一般情况34例中,男26例,女8例;年龄18~54岁。所有入选病例均经X线及CT检查或三维重
In recent years, the incidence of maxillofacial fractures is on the rise due to traffic accidents and accidental injuries.
