民事公益诉讼是当今社会议论较多的问题之一。我国在进入21世纪后,国有资产流失触目惊心。据相关部门统计,每年国有资产流失至少1000亿元,日均流失3亿元。面对大量国有资产的流失,作为国家利益的捍卫者,检察机关有必要更有责任出面挽回损失,提起民事公益诉讼。下面我们就对检察机关参与民事公益诉讼的必要性、提起方式以及相关问题进行一下分析。
Civil public interest litigation is one of the most talked about issues in today’s society. After our country entered the 21st century, the loss of state-owned assets was shocking. According to relevant department statistics, the loss of state-owned assets each year is at least 100 billion yuan, with an average daily loss of 300 million yuan. Faced with the loss of a large number of state-owned assets, as defenders of national interests, procuratorial organs need to be more responsible for recovering their losses and for bringing civil public interest litigation. Below we will procuratorial organs to participate in civil public interest litigation need to mention the way and related issues for some analysis.
