目的为了解滦县近年来食物中毒发生的特点,制定今后预防食物中毒的相关措施。方法将滦县1999-2008年近十年来24起食物中毒发生情况进行分析。结果十年来,滦县的食物中毒发生率较为平稳,以细菌性食物中毒为主,占64.89%。中毒食品中以动物性食品为主,占56.15%。时间分布以6-8月份为主,占64.90%。城乡分布以农村为主。食物中毒责任者中以个体商贩为主,占52.13%。结论加大食品安全卫生执法力度,把农村地区作为重点,把熟食行业作为重点,把夏秋季节作为重点。严把卫生质量关,普及卫生知识,防止或降低食物中毒的发生。
Objective To understand the characteristics of food poisoning in Luan County in recent years, formulate future measures to prevent food poisoning. Methods Twenty-four cases of food poisoning in Luan County from 1999 to 2008 in recent ten years were analyzed. Results Over the past ten years, the incidence of food poisoning in Luanxian was relatively stable, with bacterial food poisoning accounting for 64.89%. Poisoned food mainly animal food, accounting for 56.15%. Time distribution mainly in June-August, accounting for 64.90%. Urban and rural areas mainly in rural areas. Conclusion Increasing the law enforcement of food safety and hygiene, focusing on rural areas, focusing on the cooked food industry and focusing on the summer and autumn seasons.
