在当前这场世界新的技术革命中,令人瞩目的是电脑技术的迅速发展和广泛应用。我局计算机的应用可追溯到六十年代;如上钢一厂三转炉上马时,就设计有计算机来采集和处理数据;上钢十厂也在七十年代就选用计算机来控制冷连轧机的生产。但由于计算机及软件、仪表等质量不过关,故不能正常运行。两个研究所各化六十多万元选购DJS-131计算机来作过程控制,也由于计算机和外围设备的质次价高,无法在全局推广应用。近三年来,由于计算机技术的进步,我局计算机的推广应用在市科委、经委的支持下,已取得了一些可喜的成就。现分别介绍如下:
In the current new technological revolution in the world, what attracts people’s attention is the rapid development and widespread application of computer technology. Our bureau’s computer applications can be traced back to the sixties; such as a steel plant in the three converter was launched, the design of a computer to collect and process data; also on the steel plant in the seventies selected computer to control the production of cold rolling mill . However, due to the quality of computers and software, instrumentation, but not related, it can not be normal operation. The two institutes each made more than 600,000 yuan to purchase the DJS-131 computer for process control. Due to the high quality and price of computers and peripherals, it was impossible to promote the application in the whole world. In the recent three years, due to the progress of computer technology, the promotion and application of computers in our bureau have made some gratifying achievements with the support of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission and the Economic Commission.
