目的:研究氯化钾溶液处方中抑菌剂羟苯乙酯含量。方法:参照中国药典2015年版四部抑菌效力检查法,以药典规定的5种标准菌株(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉)作为挑战菌,以菌落的对数下降值为指标,分别对不同浓度羟苯乙酯的抑菌效果进行考察,筛选出适宜的羟苯乙酯加入量。结果:氯化钾溶液中羟苯乙酯的加入量为0.05%,对5种挑战菌均有良好的抑制作用,且为最低有效剂量。结论:可选择0.05%羟苯乙酯作为氯化钾溶液的抑菌剂。
Objective: To study the antibacterial agent hydroxyphenylethyl ester in the prescription of potassium chloride solution. Methods: According to the four Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015) antibacterial efficacy test methods, five standard strains (Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger) Taking the logarithm of the colony as the index, the antibacterial activity of different concentrations of phenethyl was investigated, and the appropriate dosage of phenethyl was screened out. Results: The dosage of HPPH in potassium chloride solution was 0.05%, which showed good inhibitory effect on the five challenged bacteria and the lowest effective dose. CONCLUSIONS: 0.05% phenethyl acetate can be chosen as a bacteriostatic agent for potassium chloride solution.
