对房屋进行安全鉴定工作是建筑施工企业在进行生产经营活动中并不可少的一项重要工作。近年来,随着国家不断的扩大内需,加大了对基础建设的投资,但是在房屋安全鉴定方面未必完善,大量事故都源于安全鉴定的不完善和失误,因此,建立健全有效的安全鉴定体系,加强施工现场管理安全,是进一步提高建筑安全水平的关键。通过分析房屋在安全鉴定管理过程中存在的质量问题,提出对房屋进行安全鉴定的必要性。
The safety appraisal of houses is an important work that building construction enterprises are indispensable in carrying out their production and business activities. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of domestic demand, increased investment in infrastructure, but the housing safety appraisal is not necessarily perfect, a large number of accidents are due to imperfect and mistaken safety appraisal, therefore, establish a sound and effective safety appraisal System and strengthen the management of construction site safety is the key to further improve the level of building safety. By analyzing the quality problems existing in the process of safety appraisal management, this paper puts forward the necessity of safety appraisal of houses.
