第一章 总则 第一条 为规范保险代理人代理行为,促进保险事业的发展,根据《中华人民共和国保险法》,制定本规定。 第二条 保险代理人是指根据保险人的委托,向保险人收取代理手续费,并在保险人授权的范围内代为办理保险业务的单位和个人。 保险代理人根据保险人的授权代为办理保险业务的行为,由保险人承担责任。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the “Insurance Law of the People’s Republic of China” in order to regulate the agent acts of insurance agents and promote the development of insurance businesses. Article 2 An insurance agent refers to a unit or individual who, upon the commission of the insurer, collects agency fees from the insurer and applies for insurance business within the scope authorized by the insurer. Insurance agents act on behalf of the insurer for insurance business, the insurer to take responsibility.
