网络经济时代,消费者的需求和期望越来越高,市场竞争日益激烈,产品的生命周期越来越短,形成了影响企业生存和发展的三股力量:顾客(CUSTOMER)、竞争(COMPETITION)和变化(CHANG)。为适应复杂、多变的外部环境,企业必须重新审视传统的管理模式,不断进行新的管理变革,以期创造新的竞争优势。
In the era of network economy, the demand and expectation of consumers are getting higher and higher, the market competition is getting fiercer and the life cycle of products is getting shorter and shorter, forming the three forces that affect the survival and development of enterprises: CUSTOMER, COMPETITION and CHANG. In order to adapt to the complex and ever-changing external environment, enterprises must re-examine the traditional management mode and constantly make new management changes in order to create new competitive advantages.
