近期,复旦大学高级律师学院发起与上海市律师协会合作举办的“依法治国”高层系列论坛,邀请资深、德高望重的实务专家和学者,围绕科学立法、司法改革、依法行政、律师的机遇与挑战等议题共同探讨我国的法治之路。林尚立在受邀演讲中提到,中国的政治在形态上与西方不同,但其内在规律与西方文明体现的文明规律是一致的,中国具备实现法治的政治基础、社会基础和经济基础。
Recently, the Fudan University School of Senior Lawyers initiated a series of high-level forums entitled “Governing the Country with Law” organized by the Shanghai Bar Association and invited senior and highly respected substantive experts and scholars to focus on scientific legislation, judicial reform, administration by law, opportunities for lawyers and Challenges and other issues jointly explore the road to rule of law in our country. In his invited speech, Lin Shangli mentioned that China’s politics are different in form from the West, but its internal laws are consistent with the laws of civilization embodied by Western civilizations. China has the political, social and economic foundations for the realization of the rule of law.
