以268份放线菌次生代谢产物为筛选对象,百合灰霉病为供试菌种,通过抑制孢子萌发试验、黄瓜子叶法两种试验方法,进行抗百合灰霉病活性筛选。结果表明,孢子萌发抑制率80%以上的有16份,黄瓜子叶离体叶片防治效果50%以上的有10份。筛选到一批具有开发应用前景的放线菌资源。
268 secondary metabolites of actinomycetes were screened for selection. Botrytis cinerea was the tested species, and the activity of gray mold against lily was screened by two test methods: spore germination inhibition test and cucumber cotyledon method. The results showed that the spore germination inhibition rate of more than 80% of 16, cucumber cotyledon leaf more than 50% control effect of 10 copies. Screening a number of prospects for the development and application of actinomycetes resources.
