在可持续发展和环境保护方面,法国国家铁路(SNCF)采取了许多措施,以降低某些内燃机车的有害排放。仅用SEMTPielstick16PA4200VGA型柴油机替换CC72000型内燃机车原SACMAGOV16ESHR型柴油机一项,就可减少一氧化碳和碳氢化合物排放量70%以上以及颗粒排放量80%以上。追述了立项背景,简介了16PA4200VG型柴油机,详述了更换柴油机对内燃机车进排气系统、冷却系统、燃油系统、主传动系统和辅助传动系统等的影响以及更换柴油机过程中遇到的各种问题和解决措施,取得的成果和进行的调试及验证试验。
In terms of sustainable development and environmental protection, the SNCF has taken many measures to reduce the harmful emissions of some diesel locomotives. Replacing the original SACMAGOV16ESHR diesel engine with the CCTP000stick diesel engine with the SEMTPielstick 16PA4200VGA diesel engine will reduce emissions of carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons by more than 70% and particulate emissions by more than 80%. The background of the project is introduced. The 16PA4200VG diesel engine is introduced. The effects of replacing diesel engine on the intake and exhaust system, cooling system, fuel system, main drive system and auxiliary drive system of diesel locomotive are described in detail. Problems and solutions, results achieved and commissioning and validation tests conducted.
