本实验研究了甲基毒死蜱对雄性大鼠肝微粒体酶的影响,结果发现甲基毒死蜱在体内能降低NADPH-细胞色素C还原酶活力(19.25%),诱导微粒体谷胱甘肽转移酶活力增加。体外试验表明:甲基毒死蜱对微粒体谷胱甘肽转移酶有直接抑制作用,且存在浓度效应关系。这种抑制作用是可逆性的,其机理为非竞争性与竞争性混合类型。
The experimental study of methyl chlorpyrifos on male rat liver microsomal enzymes, found that methyl chlorpyrifos in vivo can reduce NADPHH-cytochrome c reductase activity (19.25%), induce microsomal glutathione transferase activity increase. In vitro experiments showed that: methyl chlorpyrifos microsomal glutathione transferase has a direct inhibitory effect, and there concentration relationship. This inhibitory effect is reversible, the mechanism of which is a mix of non-competitive and competitive types.
