本文对鞍钢冷轧厂将增建平整机型式进行了详尽地分析和研究,推荐一种普通平整和异步平整两用型的二辊式平整机。该机型具有平整带钢平直板形好、表面光洁度高以及设备简单、投资少的优点。用异步轧制新工艺,弥补了大直径二辊式平整薄带钢质量不佳的缺点。因而该机型是一种理想的并具有新工艺的平整机机型。平整带钢厚度大于0.5mm时可用普通平整型式;带钢厚度等于或小于0.5mm时则用S异步平整型式,确保全部厚度带钢的平整质量。
In this paper, Anshan Iron and Steel Company will be added to build cold rolling mill type detailed analysis and research, recommend a general leveling and astigmatism dual-type two-roll-type flattening machine. The model has a flat strip flat shape, surface finish and high equipment simplicity, low investment advantages. With asynchronous rolling new technology, to make up for the poor quality of large-diameter two-roll smooth thin strip defects. Therefore, the model is an ideal machine with a new technology of flattening machine. Flat strip thickness greater than 0.5mm can be used when the ordinary formation type; Strip thickness is equal to or less than 0.5mm S asynchronous flat form, to ensure the formation of the entire thickness of the strip quality.
