以车用吸附储氢系统为研究对象,根据能量守恒、质量守恒等基本原理,以D-A吸附方程、气体状态方程等热力学模型为基础,利用动态系统仿真工具Simulink、Comsol分别从系统、宏观等多种尺度建立了302K、10MPa条件下的车用储氢系统模型。对活性炭吸附储氢的充放气过程进行模拟,研究系统内压力、温度和吸附量的变化,并编写相应的接口程序将Simulink、Comsol两种模拟集成。最后对两种尺度的模拟结果和实验结果进行对比分析。Comsol、Simulink模拟结果都能和实验结果较好吻合。
Based on the basic principles of conservation of energy and mass conservation, based on the thermodynamic models of DA adsorption equation and gas equation of state, the dynamic system simulation tools Simulink and Comsol are used to study the adsorption of hydrogen in a vehicle. The standard of 302K, 10MPa car hydrogen storage system model was established. The process of charge and discharge of hydrogen storage and absorption by activated carbon was simulated, and the changes of pressure, temperature and adsorption capacity in the system were studied. Simulink and Comsol were integrated by programming the corresponding interface program. Finally, the simulation results and experimental results of two scales are compared and analyzed. The results of Comsol and Simulink agree well with the experimental results.
